Revolution Martial Arts

Revolution Martial Arts is changing the way Cedar Rapids karate schools train local students.  Classes are available for kids and adults to learn a martial art style that fits them the best.  Classes are structured to improve students focus, self-esteem, self-control, self-confidence and attitude.  A student can choose to focus in one style or can choose to cross train in a couple of styles.  The classes are also a great way to learn women’s self defense techniques or you can attend a special women’s self defense seminar at the school.

There are many reasons to get your kids involved in a karate class and parents can usually see an improvement in their child’s attitude and physical abilities after a short time of them attending class.  Martial arts is a good way to get your kids exercising and participating in an activity where they don’t have to worry about sitting on a bench and watching others play.
